Fine FBO and good personnel. Landing fee was $40 for 172 without refuel. If a plane needs more than 15g , the landing fee will be waived.

Appreciated the crew car. Kind and courtesy staff. Small amount of space in the FBO. No line crew to marshall me in even after calling Unicom which caused some confusion.

Flew in to pick up 1 passenger in an SR22. Nobody on the ramp, didn’t assist whatsoever and didn’t require any services. Was still charged $40 for the facility fee. On the ground for under 5 minutes. Better to go somewhere else.

Get a different price every time I land there. I Call the night before. Get a price quote. Then when I land They tell me “Talbot” is a new guy and he doesn’t know the rates and he quoted me the wrong price. They would not honor it. Rude. Would not suggest.

Not sure what last gripe was all about. We called ahead for an overnight plan, to visit family. HJC offered helpful advice with local rental car companies. Upon arrival HJC directed us via UNICOM where to park. Our rental car was waiting for us. Some fees dropped with fuel purchase. Tie down rings provided but use your own rope. To visit south central Connecticut, this a good place to stop. All we worked with at HFD were very helpful and kind. Fly Smart…

Outstanding FBO. My spouse and I flew in yesterday to visit nearby Wickham Park. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Mandy arranged for a crew car for a few hours, which was much appreciated. All in all a good experience.

Was solely charged for fuel in C152. Was able to utilize courtesy car to obtain lunch. Fine FBO and personnel.

The day before yesterday I flew 2 rescue puppies up to HFD and the Hartford Jet Center could not have been more accommodating. These puppies came from Memphis, TN and I was the final flight to get them to where they would get medical attention from a Neurologist. Upon arrival they actually rolled out the red carpet to my single engine Cessna 206 and the owner welcomed me and the puppies. Once we went inside the FBO the puppies spent a significant amount of time on people’s laps as they were photographed while my plane was being topped off by the line crew. When it was time for me to depart I went up to the counter to pay for my fuel and Lindsay, the owner said I was all set. I paid no ramp fee nor anything for the fuel. I have flown many Angel Flights and Pilot N Paws flight but this was a first! What a kind offer. Thank you Lindsay!

It was $40 for a facility fee while I grabbed supper. I did get to utilize the crew car so wasn’t entirely bad. I know there’s a cost to keeping the lights on although this is a bit more than some. Personnel were fine.

These folks absolutely miserable. They charge $90 per night for Tarmac tie down. For reference, Signature at Bradley is $35 a night. They are in the C.A.A. but I will vote against them next time they come up. Every person to whom I have spoken has been rude, especially Mandy. Have fun in Connecticut.
