Avflight Grand Rapids (KGRR)

Stopped by AvFlight overnight for a concert at the Acrisure amphitheater. The line crew got to us quickly, were super friendly, and assisted with the chocks. The crew car could only be used for 2 hours, but Zach really went out of his way and offered us a ride to our downtown hotel. Really pleasant experience, and I’ll absolutely be back at AvFlight!

Stopped by to visit Meier Arboretum and the entire staff treated us wonderfully. They were short on ramp space, so they put the plane in a hangar for three nights. Brand-new facility that opened fairly recently. And all of that for a 182! Thanks to everybody!

Wonderful initial visit at Avflight! Arrived in a small LSA plane with a ramp full of corporate jets and was treated the same as if I were in the Global 6000 that I also fly. From the first contact with the line person to the customer service representative, the experience was exceptional. I will surely return. - Lee H.

Good FBO - attentive line & spotless facility. No ramp or service fees. I was dropping off a passenger & wanted to grab a quick bite so I asked for a courtesy car. Since there were no fees I offered to gas it up upon return. She smiled and said go ahead & try while handing me the keys to a Tesla! Highly Recommend

Again, tough to taxi too. Costly charges to pay for new facilities (I suppose). I'm flying in again and will not go here.

I arrived at GRR in an SF50 and ended up dealing with a minor maintenance problem that meant spending a fair amount of time sampling fuel. The whole FBO crew stayed patient and helpful from start to finish. I realize I probably made things a little difficult at the time, but every person I dealt with provided exceptional customer service and treated me professionally and respectfully. I would absolutely recommend this FBO to anyone passing through GRR. The inside of the facility is very clean and nicely done as well.

Stopped in for a day trip and was treated wonderfully today as a GA pilot. Plenty of support personnel to guide me in and chock my wheels. They offered services or a crew car immediately. I like the Avflight/Hertz arrangement where I can book through Hertz directly. Juan and the line guys were top notch and the FBO was fully stocked, beautiful, and clean. Will stop here again.

Good FBO. Facility is new and well kept. Both the line service techs and CSRs are attentive and friendly. Anna at the CSR desk treated us very well!
