Good experience with Jayson in the avionics department. Landed in KGRD for the EAA air show in Oshkosh, had an issue with my Aspen PFD and Jayson was able to fit us into his busy schedule and fix the issue. It's nice when the aviation community steps up to assist. Thanks Jayson!

Landed in Green Bay last week for a quick trip in a 172, Jet Air was SO GOOD! Service was awesome, staff even better!!! Julia was so sweet and recommended Booyah Shed for dinner, it did not disappoint! Will be back again!!

As a single engine piston they take superb care of us during a busy AirVenture Oshkosh time. Always ample staff inside and out. The line guys were very busy this year with more planes (over 100 arrivals in 1 day) than past years. I'm afraid the secret is out on using GRB and Jet Air for AirVenture. Even with the higher volumes they had paved parking for all, though it was starting to get a long way out. Golf carts and vans made it no issue but the most planes I have ever seen there.

Pulled in for a quick stop. After 30 minutes, 5-6 employees were still playing with a puppy and hadn't made any movement toward fueling my plane. Luckily, I had plenty of fuel to keep going without waiting any longer. I'm hoping this was just a one-off since the other reviews are glowing.

These folks are wonderful! Line guys' enthusiasm for aviation was readily apparent -- they took care to put my vintage plane someplace safe on the ramp away from corp jet wash. Good facility w/top notch customer service with a smile. You'll be glad you stopped at Jet Air!

Flown in many times. Top-notch facility and service. Super helpful staff, they've always been incredibly accommodating. Very fine GA terminal with tons of pilot amenities. Always more than happy to lend me a courtesy car to run and get food or conduct other business in GRB. They’ve put my plane in the hangar for a few hours at no charge during harsh winter conditions. Executive Air is also a very nice FBO, but Jet Air is my preference. Highly recommend.
