Says they have crew car but they do not

Picked up an Angel Flight passenger here and the line crew was INCREDIBLE. They assisted getting her to the plane, held her purse as she entered and helped close her door. She was so impressed with the "nice young men" at the airport. Facilities are top notch, but the personnel made the stop.

Super friendly to a lowly 152 stopping in for a passport stamp. Highly recommended.

What a good experience. I arrived in my Grumman to get fuel and a passport stamp, and discovered my flaps would not retract. After a prompt top-off, I was immediately towed to maintenance, where Jake was able to diagnose and solve the issue in 15 minutes flat. Robin at the front desk offered me the keys to the crew car and a fine restaurant recommendation. I was in and out in record time and all for the cost of a light load of fuel. I can't recommend these people enough - 10 out of 5 stars!

Make sure you have the fueler stop at a whole gallon. If the fueler pumps 59.5 gallons, they will charge you for 60 gallons. They round up for billing. Also, the receptionist didn’t know anything about the Air Boss Fuel Discount. I had to provide proof that they were a participating FBO, which delayed me 15 minutes. Also, the $10/day Airport Surcharge was never disclosed, so that’s in addition to the $20/day tie-down fee for single-engine. Line service was good and they provided free bottled water and free cookies. The airline terminal is right next door for rental cars.

Good service from Executive Air in our Cessna 150. Lots of parking for Oshkosh 2024. Rental cars are obtainable next door at the airport terminal and only a 3 minute walk.

Fine personnel and tidy amenities, would certainly return here again!

Arrived 15 minutes prior 9:00PM closing--ATC delay. As we taxied in, ground crew devoted to towing a plane. We asked for NO fuel, only to be tied down. Respecting deadline, we passed quickly thru lobby for awaiting car—jumped in & gone. Tied down; 10 min max. Billed for 50 gals, 3 night fees, PLUS triple-digit FEE for delaying linemen past closing! O Wow, we respectfully questioned fee & even quietly appealed to uncaring manager -->No relief. NOTE This first Exec Air stop--our Very Last One!

This location is good. Very welcoming, fine personnel, pleasant crew lounge with DirecTV. Would return.

Nice folks but total mess for a game day today. Only 50 planes on the ramp and somehow they did not fuel most of us in the 10 hours that they needed to complete that task. CSRs had zero intel, no strategy and not nearly enough personnel. I will not return.
