Likely the finest modern FBO in the north east quite pleasant personnel and superb assistance

I had a spur of the moment stop at Groton and pulled into Modern Aviation. The line personnel and desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The facility had good amenities and was very well kept. I will return!!

Sad to observe a what was a fine spot to visit, now managed by one of the mega FBOs. You get hit with charges, and the cost of LL is much higher.

We visited family this weekend in Niantic. Over the course of our stay we used the plane to take everyone flying. The people at Modern were so kind and helpful with fueling and hangar space. Beautiful area and a wonderful experience with Modern!!! Thank you

I use Modern Aviation approximately monthly for a three or four day overnight. Line service and office staff are good, facility is clean and well kept. Rental car pick up at the FBO works fine.

While the price of 100LL certainly has increased since Modern took over, still a very fine FBO with good amenities, and welcoming staff. Good eateries in the vicinity too.

The new Operator, Modern, is cut throat! Be prepared. The same fine staff is still there for now tho and that is good news.
