Really good service. The ground crew was polite and stayed attentive the whole time.

Absolutely a superb group of experts at the Cirrus service center. Had a magneto drop, and they had us back in the air with a new magneto within hrs. Would highly suggest to all cirrus owners to make this your fly in destination for anywhere phoenix related.

Pretty much zero interest in keeping patrons. I called the day before to inquire about the possibility of keeping the crew car overnight, and for one hour in the afternoon to attend a business meeting. Suzette stated that overnight should not be an issue, but she could not guarantee the afternoon because the single car was first come, first served. She mentioned that there was a two hour limit, so if we showed up early enough we would likely be fine. We arrived 3 hours before our meeting expecting a wait for the car to return, but the young woman at the counter said “oh, the owner took the crew car and will not be back until tomorrow.” She absolutely did not care that customers had made prior arrangements. I immediately stopped the fueler and moved to Goodyear, that completely went out of their way to take care of me. I will certainly not be making a return visit to Glendale...the indifferent attitude was awful.

we came in on a wknd and needed a car. when we landed, the staff met us with the car, helped us tie down and cover, and took a fuel order. the rental rate was a bit confusing but the staff got it sorted out and we were on our way. i received a follow up call from the rental car company on monday. the personal attention by the glendale aero staff was good. it is fine to have a ga friendly spot in the phx valley to be able to use. many thanks to the team there

Flew into KGEU for a quick appointment that I had downtown. Personnel at Glendale Aero Services were very professional and assisted me tremendously by loaning me their crew car. They were also kind enough to keep my iPad and charge it for me while I was gone due to an issue with my USB charger in my plane.

5/5 stars!! Good customer service. Went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome. From the desk to the follow me car they were all super friendly and helpful. Even pointed me in the right direction for transient shade parking by radio on taxi in. We'll def be back!

If you’re flying to the Phoenix area, this is the spot to stop! Very simple in and out, welcoming personnel, inexpensive overnight charges and fair gas costs. If you have a Cirrus, even better because they are a platinum Cirrus Service Center and you won’t discover anyone in the SW that knows more about Cirrus aircraft than the lead guy John Fisher! John is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend Glendale Aero

Glendale Aero is a good spot for Cirrus maintenance. John Fisher and his crew know Cirruses inside and out. They do line-level maintenance on the Vision Jet also.
