Convenient airport to fly into, but the tower controller is very very impolite and likes things done in a very specific manner. He will chew you out for a multitude of reasons, even student pilots who are very clearly still learning radio proficiency. Quite disappointing to hear.

I used to be based here at glendale. I'm so glad I'm gone. Lots of conflict with hangars (lawsuit with city years back). One of the atc is always grumpy. I hear other pilots always get chewed out. This airport also illegally uses adsb to track and bill you even for touch and goes. Overall this airport is hostile towards GA. I know lots of my flying friends have left too. It's a shame.
