Modern Aviation (KFRG)

Fantastic staff! I moved over to Modern Aviation (East) a couple years back, and I'm really glad I did! Getting in and out is easy, especially when 1/19 is being used. Parking is straightforward, and the ramp crew pays close attention.

Inattentive line staff at "Modern East." Things were a lot better when we switched to Republic Jet. Save yourself the hassle and try Atlantic instead. CA CL350

Definitely the finest FBO on this fields. Good costs for the area and the best personnel at the airport. Been to all the FBOs at FRG but this facility is my favorite for sure. For a single engine there's no fees if I take sufficient fuel unless I stay overnight. CSRs and Line crew are amazing and super helpful, always willing to assist as best they can. 10/10 for Modern FRG!

Modern is charging everybody an Event Fee during the World Cup, no matter why you're there. They would not waive it for any reason. Was basically told, "the fee is the fee." Go to Atlantic Aviation

Unfortunately, I had to deal with the General Manager. Arrogant, rude, and the amenities were lackluster.

The folks at Modern are fantastic. We flew in to visit family for Christmas. We had built up quite a bit of frost on the wings. Sensing my concern the line staff offered to tow me in the hangar to warm up to melt it off. 15 min later we were on our way. Thank you, Modern.
