Atlantic at Republic Airport, KFRG, was another standout on July 25, 2024. The service was top-notch, from the team on the ramp to the front desk staff. Furthermore, the Republic controllers were both friendly and extremely professional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, line offered to give me and another pilot a ride to a local hotel rather than wait for an Uber. Also without asking line service plugged in our TANIS heater due to the cold temperatures in the morning, would definitely recommend if you can stomach the price of fuel.

Line staff is superb. Greer at the customer service desk sets the standard for which others should aim for when it comes to customer service. Her interpersonal skills were amazing all while taking care of me and my plane after a long day of flying. Matt took absolutely fine care of my plane as I flew in and out taking friends and family flying around the place I grew up. Ultra kind and positive. I fly into FRG often and I can’t state sufficient positive comments about this FBO. The personnel are welcoming, forward-thinking and adaptable. The assistance is flawless.
