APP Jet Center-Fort Pierce (KFPR)

I’ve used APP Jet Center for more than two years, and the service has only gone downhill. The fees are ridiculous considering the service you get. Staff regularly treats customers badly, fuel requests take way too long, and management seems to do nothing about any of it. The only reason a lot of us keep using this FBO is that there aren’t any other choices at KFPR. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Fuel somewhere else if you can.

Stopped by APP Jet Center at KFPR today for breakfast with a dear friend. I was marshaled into a front parking space, and the line person chocked the aircraft and welcomed me. Did not need any services. Before leaving, I was able to print my Nav log at the front desk. The printer in the crew room was running low on ink and would not connect to my IPad. Restaurant was excellent. Weather was showery, so student traffic was light. I can tell this is a very busy airport.

Visited APP jet center Ft Pierce Sunday August 31, despite being under reconstruction and in temporary accommodation, the experience and service were wonderful, good lunch as well and fine hospitality from staff,. Thank you.. Devin G.

Had a major mechanical problem while stopping here in my vintage Bonanza. All the FBO staff went out of their way to help and make sure the components to make the repair were delivered as fast as possible. This includes multiple trips with the crew car and at one point the GM's own personal vehicle. The team at APP FPR is top notch!

Had a marvelous visit to this FBO! Serenity is so kind and a pleasure to conduct business with. Fuel was a good price and their whole team marshaling and fueling the plane were fast and helpful. Restaurant was fine! Happy this is near my in-laws house so I can return shortly!

Flew into KFPR with three other single-engine aircraft and seven people for breakfast at the Airport Tiki restaurant. APP Jet Center has started adding a ramp charge plus an infrastructure fee, which comes to $25 total. The ramp charge gets waived if you purchase 15 gallons of fuel, but the $7.50 infrastructure fee still applies. Hope the FBO rethinks these charges, but our group won’t be returning until they do.

We stopped here for customs check coming from the Bahamas in our PA28. Customs was easy and fast. We then topped off on fuel. They let us take one of their courtesy cars to lunch. A really good experience

This is the spot for clearing customs enroute to Bahamas. AAP Jetcenter is right next to customs. AAP Jetcenter is superb in all ways. They also rent life boats and vests. Had rental car on the ramp for us. Good restaurant in FBO for breakfast & lunch. DONT MISS THE NAVY SEALS MUSEUM less than 10 min. away!!!

Line is efficient, but CSR while pleasant, are not . Possibly due to new personnel . Seems to have a high turnover behind the counter? However, they are nice and try to be helpful. Overall, a good experience with some growing pains.

Good experience stopping here to and from the Bahamas. Convenient life raft rentals can be arranged. Kind personnel and fair fuel costs. Took advantage of the onsite restaurant for a to-go order on our way back. Could have saved even more time if we knew we could order from the air too!
