Outstanding! Got a lot of good things to say about Sheltair. Joan is really helpful as a greeter and with handling Amazon packages. Kay and the crew at the Front desk are consistently friendly, quick, and efficient. Marco got our collapsed Nose Strut fixed up with a team of experts while we were headed to the Bahamas. Sheltair even put our plane in their huge hangar. The manager always knows our name and is so welcoming. During the PBI TFR, Sheltair can get slammed with jets and they work really hard to accommodate. Great Job!

Front counter was helpful, but trying to settle the bill was an ordeal because of their computer system. We needed ice and that took 3 phone calls. Passengers showed up at the gate in a sprinter van and waited forever. We called the front desk to get them through and got no help. Passenger then went through the lobby and hauled their own bags out to our aircraft, which was a good distance away. Even though they are CAA, we will not return. Pretty much absent of organization and a manager. You get what you pay for I'm guessing.

Shelter air was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered. We departed two hours late because of their lack of concern for our citation They did not fuel our plane and we were parked behind five other planes at departure time . Ask for management to meet us never showed repeated phone calls for four days never replied.. only talked to management four days later from my phone call to them and their excuse was we were busy NEVER AGAIN to Sheltair. I will tell story to everyone

Customs next door $42.33 fee to use. Things are costly here but it was simple in and out.

Sheltair FLL is one of the finest FBOs to spend a day waiting. Equipped with a full-service workout gym with 8 pieces of equipment, hot showers and superb pilot lounge away from the lobby and desk facilities. The lineman and front-desk staff are spot-on and helpful. Plenty of crew cars and smiles. Easy in and out with No complaints!

Everything was handled right on time and the staff was super friendly. There’s a really good sandwich place right in the FBO. Jet A is about as cheap as anywhere in the country, and the facilities are in great shape.

CAA fuel was super cheap... I'll definitely land here again! They didn't have my airplane out front and ready when I departed, even though they'd known my departure date/time for 48 hours beforehand, so that was a letdown. Still, I'll give them another shot just because the fuel is so inexpensive.

Requested quick turn on fuel multiple times before arrival, waited 30 minutes no truck or even an idea on sequence. 3 trucks and only 2 actually pumping fuel....Called national jets ...they arrived in 15 minutes.

Absolute worst ramp experience ever. This is not representative of other Sheltair locations. Ramp agents customer service abilities are severely lacking. Waited several minutes at the entrance of the ramp to get a marshall to park us and then waiting on fuel was like watching paint dry after we called in 20 minutes out for a quick turn. Fuel truck finally showed up at 58 minutes after the request. Will be looking for other alternatives in FLL.

Flew in a $1 million airplane, but needed to be 25 to take the crew car.
