June 2, 2024Cheapest fuel out of all the FBOs. Landed at FLL to clear customs and parked outside of Sheltair as US Customs was right next to them. National was fine to send a fuel truck over to us to sell us Avgas as it was almost $2/gal cheaper. What was a disappointing experience for us was the fueler asked about food we had and told us that we needed to discard all of it even though we brought it from the US !! I will be following up with the FBO when we return home.
