Pretty big handling fee but Noelle was kind enough to give us all the details on leg one of two for the day. We were able to plan accordingly for services due to her foresight. Noelle in particular was very helpful and pleasant. We will be staying with Signature.

Over priced worst location to deal with Infrastructure fee of $446 dollars to watch them spill jet fuel on the ground so it’s not going to training I’d avoid signature at all cost

Landed here in my little Cessna - Signature was packed with jets, but I got quick service and profession treatment. Fine pilots lounge, with some fresh citrus for an energy snack. Fine little outdoor table on the covered patio area. Fuel is a bit costly -- but top notch service.

Good service, AVGAS is just plain costly at FAT, but Signature was less expensive than Ross. Line personnel were a fine assistance for a first time guest in a P28A. Receptionist was also very helpful and pleasant. Handling fee of $29 waived with fuel purchase. $5 infrastructure charge in effect. Most important thing about Signature…air conditioning during the Fresno summer.

On November 4th, I inquired about the oxygen service and was told that it was not offered.

Flew in with my Cessna, filled 41 gallons (pricey) got charged 35.00 for overnight ramp parking and did not provide a ride to the courtyard. Flew from Florida to California and this was the first FBO to NOT provide a ride nor waive the overnight fee. I won’t be back, they are not competitive with their peers!

I have visited this FBO numerous times across the last few weeks. I have consistently had a good experience with the personnel. There is also a crew car accessible, vending machines, and a pleasant lounge with a fine atmosphere. I would certainly suggest this FBO.
