I had a fine experience with them in the past, but they now charge a $200 escort fee if you require assistance to your plane outside their designated area (maintenance). While I’m okay with a small fee, this is too much, and I’ll avoid using them for fuel or other services going forward. Think about using Signature instead if feasible.

Update to my comment a week ago. Ali Oneil, Area General Manager, out of the blue reached out to me to discuss my experience. After explaining to Mr. Oneil my situation, he was very understanding and worked with me to devise an acceptable solution for us both. It was good to have Mr. Oneil call me as I had thought the matter was closed from Atlantic's point of view. I am pleased to say I am back to being an Atlantic customer. Thank you Mr. Oneil.

Everyone here is good. Very professional and fine. I requested to be put in the hangar as it would be 100+ at our departure time. All this done no issue.

Flew in for one evening in my Cessna 206. Treated quite well. Next time I shall phone ahead and obtain suggestions for rental cars. Wasn’t pleased with the Hertz vehicle I booked myself. Alicia at Atlantic set me up with another rental car. She’s awesome. AVGAS at KFAT is costly but that is the situation. - Justin E.

I was a devoted Atlantic customer until today. I phoned and talked with the attendant about arriving near midnight. He said no issue he would be present which he was and very fine. The next day there was a $200 charge on my statement for after hours service. I called and clarified at no point was a fee ever mentioned because if there was I would have made different plans. No matter what I stated the response was basically so unfortunate too bad. I'm finished 100% with Atlantic. Not an ethical enterprise.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered and I've seen some poor FBOs. I requested my plane fueled twice- once when I arrived, checked on it the evening before departure and it wasn't finished, I asked for it to be done very first thing the following morning and it still wasn't prepared. Had to wait ages for the sluggish and unhurried lineman to get around to fueling. Ended up leaving an hour later than scheduled. The only thing that preserves this FBO is that the Signature on the field is even worse

I would steer clear of giving this FBO any business. I had my plane hangared at Atlantic FAT when the spinner was damaged. They refused accountability. I must mention the counter personnel are fine however I cannot in good conscience suggest supporting a company that opts to operate in this manner. Needless to say I have moved my plane out.
