12/28/25 Arrived in our Baron. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Really fine new FBO Costs are fair at $68 We used Uber around the city so we didn't need to worry about parking. Never waited more than two minutes for Uber.. Quite pleasant experience.

Haven't been here in several years. Was flying with some pilots building up their multi time. Love the new facility. The personnel were very helpful from everything from the time we landed until we departed. The costs are what you expect on an island. It is what it is but they still take good care of you. Signature is finally in the new building. Know that EYW is like all else in the Key$! Bring your BIG BOY wallet/Pistons too. Know that new facilities cost money. 100LL is one Jefferson coin short of large note. The personnel is friendly and accommodating. The line crew will be spot-on & waiting when you arrive; ready to assist in any way possible.IF you slow down to "Keys speed" you'll surely enjoy Signature's Southern hospitality at EYW. STAY OUT OF NAVY's airspace departing North.

Absolutely the worst FBO experience I've ever had. The personnel at Signature were incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. It felt like we were a bother just for showing up. On top of that, their pricing is a total rip-off. Everything—from handling fees to fuel—was extremely overpriced, and they nickel-and-dime you for every small thing. It’s clear they care more about squeezing every dollar out of you than offering fine service. Remain distant!

Stopped here overnight on an XC from Canada. Not sure if it is just because it has been recently renovated, so I will not criticize them too hard, but I have never observed a more disorganized FBO. I called to inform them we would be by in an hour to depart, and when we arrived they seemingly had no record of us being present even though I showed them a picture of our 182 being towed away to parking the prior day. An hour later we eventually got our plane back. Bad service and I will only return because that is the sole FBO

Came in for fantasy fest. Worst experience. All the out door staff averted their eyes . We dragged 6 bags of luggage and a small dog out of plane. Nobody seemed to understand why we were there although I think it should have been obvious. We were in a private plane and had landed and taxied over to them. All I wanted was a bathroom. A young guy finally came over and opened the gate. My pup also wanted to pee. No one seemed to care or want us there. 135 a nite. Finally found bathroom on my own. :(

Be cautious of using a credit card at this FBO! I flew there over a 8 months ago in a rental Cirrus. They processed my card for another visit of the plane within I wasn't present.

Signature EYW is one of the worst FBOs I have been to. My clients car was never reserved - despite confirming on the call. We were told of the handling fee and min fuel to waive, so I planned to take that amount for weight. On the day of departure, was quoted almost twice as much minimum to waive handling fees. Recommend going to MTH if it can all be helped.

Piper PA 30 The Signature personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating during our visit. Because of our son's handicap we needed somewhat more assistance than others and they did not fail us. We are very thankful for their standard of service. The FBO itself is brand new and very fine. Yes the fuel is a bit costly but it is Key West and everything is somewhat pricey. Overall very good FBO.
