June 16, 2025Most people act surprised by the facility charges as if you were caught at a Coldplay concert with a side piece. In Aviation, your wallet is waiting to be drained. Let that sink in. I visited [July 19, 2025] on my rental 170 Cessna. The marshaller was very fine. I wanted to give her a small tip before I departed, but I was unable to find her. Tower was nice and sweet just like the rest of the personnel. Going back soon to bring back home key lime pie. I wish have enough to give to everyone.

March 30, 2025Visited EYW for a short day of shopping with my sister and her guest from Germany. Had a good conversation with Mike the night before, providing some pointers. Called back the next morning and Signature made arrangements for a golf cart and related fees, handling $60 with Infrastructure fee $8. Upon arrival, Francisco parked the Baron next to the FBO with courtesy and a smile, and a golf cart waiting. That cart made getting around the congested island easy. Had a really fine experience. Thanks for a super visit.
