Good service! I rolled up in my Piper Archer and was treated like I was in a jet. The personnel is very polite and professional, and the facilities are immaculate. The 100LL self serve pump is not near the FBO, so if you want self serve you need to do that before going to the FBO. The fuel is costly, but for the overall quality of the service I feel like I got fine value for my money. $350 for 38 gallons of gas, two nights of overnight parking, and they coordinated my rental car. Superb FBO!

Arrived in a Bonanza at close to 100° and was fortunate to pull into the shade. The crew was changing shifts, so there were many people to help get my dogs out of the hot plane and into the cool rental car that was waiting for me. I've always had good service at this Millionaire even on busy days. I will be back.

First of all, i would like to let everyone know that all of our past visits to KELP Million Air have always be superb! That being said, the service personnel ,ramp personnel, front desk agents, and especially Elizabeth Sifuentes, the Regional Customer Service Manager have all done an exceptional job in EVERY way to please the owners, pilots and crew! I would not hesitate to overnight or make a quick fuel stop there at any time.

This is one of the finest FBOs in the nation. Ultra-fast turnaround, beautiful facility, and overall friendliness and efficiency, Fuel pricing is back to normal compared to a few years ago and is quite good with CAA.

Good service! My spouse and I stopped by in our C182 for a fuel stop on our journey home AZ-TX. Got 37gals they waived the $32 facilities charge!

Flew in for a quick appointment. Crew was very attentive and had my fuel request going fast. I only had a small top off. (12 gallons), but they waived facility fee (granted it was $8/gal) and lent me a fine Honda crew car for the appointment. Very nice modern facility, sparkling restrooms. Starbucks coffee machine and soda machine.

Excellent facilities and team members. Even though we were in a Trinidad TB-20 we were treated like a business jet. Used their crew car (fine Mercedes SUV) for lunch. Marshalled in to park on arrival, swiftly and correctly fueled, marshallers there on departure too. Top quality everywhere. You pay more for fuel but there is a difference. No ramp fee was charged,

Always fine stopping here (as long as I don't have to pay myself haha). Very good, clean and modern looking FBO and welcoming staff!

Quite quite fine facilities as per prior remarks. Lineman and CSR staff helpful and good. I'll return when in El Paso.
