Prompt and friendly service.

Out of all the Atlantics I go to this is my preferred spot. Every staff member is useful, cordial and inviting no matter what I arrive in.

Atlantic was superb on our cross country journey in a 172. They met us promptly, and the reception area managed to reserve us lodging at a fine cost on brief notice. FBO was tidy, roomy, and offered fine conveniences. Charges were around what I would anticipate at an airport of this dimension.

Made a brief stop in El Paso on a long flight in my Piper Lance. We were quickly attended to at the plane for our fast turn avgas fueling and Adriana at the front desk was very nice and useful. I've been thru here a number of occasions in corporate jets and the service and treatment was similarly good. As long as the density altitude and plane performance permits, I'll keep stopping here for upcoming long trips from Texas to the west coast. Thanks!

Amazing personnel and service! I know the fuel cost is high. But 2:30am, where else can you go? The atmosphere of this FBO is very cozy and relaxed. The front desk was occupied with many medical pilots but still managed to give us a ride to the hotel! Over midnight! Really thankful! They even offered morning pickup! Although we had a misunderstanding on fueling, it was an honest error that I can fully grasp. Manager even called to apologize! Everything turned out good & surely recommend!

Good service from everyone at Atlantic Aviation after we diverted to KELP on our journey back to KVNY from T82. Welcoming greeting by the ramp team after shutting down the motors on the Baron. We were not certain if we were going to wait for a few hours due to weather or RON. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and provided a crew car so we could get a meal. We opted to RON with a 6 am departure on 04/10 and again the ramp team was present to assist. 5 stars!

Good staff, very attentive. If you run into Joe ask to see his backyard. He has a full turf with Cowboy star.

Good staff at Atlantic. Free ride to any of the local hotels around the airport. FBO was clean and modern plus they have homemade cookies. Will stop by again.

This was our initial visit to ELP, and it was sudden. 2 hours before departure on the Saturday of a long holiday weekend, I called Atlantic and Jasmine was superb. Within an hour she had a car and a room for us at the nearby Marriott at a discounted rate. When we landed, the fantastic and helpful line staff had us parked in a jiffy, and before the prop was done spinning, they pulled our car up and we’re soon offering to help us unload our bags. On the way out, the FBO staff were again helpful, with a stuffed animal and coloring books for the tots while I preflighted. Joe helped with the bags, and cleaned our windshield. The FBO facility is super clean and top notch. With fuel purchase, the non-fuel fees for 2 nights for our C182 were: Facility Fee: $40 (waived) Security Fee: $15 Tie Down: $40 ($20/night) Total: $55 The next time we come to ELP, we will park here, and so should you!
