Self-serve fuel worked fine when I stopped by today. No problems with the screen, payment, or pump. Good FBO / lounge.

Self serve worked perfectly and fine little FBO

Self-serve fuel problematic. Tried to get it to function three times, then had the fuel driver attempt, but zero success. Quite hard to read the instruction display. Apparently it operates sometimes. FBO personnel mentioned that they have minimal command over the system which is managed by separate firm. Finished up getting fueled from full-serve truck.

Self serve fuel key pad is almost unreadable. Essentially unusable. Mentioned to FBO staff ambivalent about fixing.

Called for information on FBO services and rental car drop off from "Kennedy". She instilled zero confidence whatsoever. Not willing to assist in any capacity whatsoever for rental car facilitation drop off and return to FBO. Had No information, direct contact or working relationship with Avis or enterprise. Said to figure it out myself. They simply couldn't care less about customer service. Clueless staff. I will be topping off KA350 and 182 somewhere else. Will let others know to go elsewhere
