Nothing but good things to say about Reliant. We came in a Cherokee, and the line guys were already out at the airplane before we were even shut down, ready to chock it and ask if we needed anything. The FBO is really nice with popcorn and soft serve, clean bathrooms, and a nice seating area. Crew car was not available because of circumstances outside their control, but we walked over for food nearby and got a ride back from one of the line guys. Fuel prices were reasonable and there were no fees for us! Definitely go with Reliant if you're at DXR!

Superb FBO. Remained overnight. Fine fuel costs. Welcoming personnel. Parking waived with fuel purchase.

Flew in for two night stay. Staff was outstanding and were very accommodating, even got a a ride to pick up rental car. Fuel prices very reasonable and one night waived with fuel purchase. Parking easy with tie down points. Good stop!

Good friendly FBO. My daughter REALLY enjoyed the ice cream machine. Had a crew car available and zero fees (I did top off tho)

Greeted by an energetic smile as soon as I taxed over! Good people and good prices! Will certainly be back!!

Don't overlook the soft serve ice cream machine! It is working from 9 to 4:30.

Only good things to mention. Arrived on a windy winter morning, every other airport we checked in New England had runway closures for snow. Danbury had clear runways, well kept; ATC was kind and helpful - Tower and Ground - super helpful for a new pilot coming in for the first time. The FBO was outstanding - marshaled us in in the cold, plugged in the engine for us, gave us fuel for an incredible cost, and lent us a crew car for breakfast - for the price of the fuel. Everyone was amazing.

Friendly service as always on site. Did not get a reply from the csr email from a few days prior. Overnight charge for single engine pistons increased and was not shown correctly on FF. As anticipated, they moved a/c out of the way and tied it down; they verified parking brake off upon checkin. Was topped off as asked for when we came to depart. Rotating ice cream flavors in the cool FBO.

Line crew and personnel are exceptional. Third time I’ve utilized them, very proactive, cordial, and customer focused. Shall use again!
