Excellent service. I stopped in during a long cross-country flight and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Really nice facility, clean restrooms, and a friendly atmosphere, especially for GA aircraft. Definitely recommend.

Really good FBO, excellent service!

Came in for a couple days and was highly impressed with the services and how it was managed. Julie at the desk was very fine and the line service guys had me fueled when I arrived. They also immediately put my plane in the hanger before a storm came thru. Will be back!

Wow! What a good experience. The line guy was friendly and Taylor at the counter was amazing. No charges with 10gal fuel and was offered a crew car on a Saturday. My wife was very impressed and we will be back!

Good service. Stopped by for a couple of hours, ramp fee waived with 10 gal fuel and courtesy car to get dinner downtown. Helpful and courteous staff.

Crossing the country over and over, I used to head to another airport for customs and fuel. They don't have the fuel contract anymore. I found Modern and they are fantastic. Great people, good pricing, and quick turns. Thanks

Finest FBO stop in the Mid-West. Speedy turns are extremely quick, if you remain for lunch the CSRs direct you to superb food and service, and DesMoines is a calm and pleasant RON. COSTS are reasonable and a worthwhile purchase. Overall, 10+ for Modern.

Good FBO. Pricing is fair, they took care of our plane and put it in a hangar for a storm (and since they had room, left it in for a week and only charged me for a day), and the line staff and CSR were all personable and gave us much attention. Very good stop and with the C.A.A. fuel pricing, we will make sure this is a tech stop from now on.
