Have made multiple stops here over the past 3 months. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and considerate every single time. Fees got waived with the minimum gas buy (10 gal for single piston), and quick turns are easy enough. Avis is a short walk away, and the FBO even brought the car back for us after we were done. I'll keep stopping here.

Helpful personnel that was accommodating for loading and unloading the plane with my dog! They assisted me with a rental car when my bonanza would not start. I'll return for my subsequent visits to San Diego.

Terrible service. Staff were being extremely sexist and making myself and my passenger uneasy. The young male CFI and the front desk staff were engaging in locker room talk. Totally unsuitable in front of clients. Also their crew car is unavailable. It would’ve been nice to know that as I was doing an Angel Flight. Not returning here.

Western Flight has a new policy. Unfortunately if your in a piston airplane your second class and can’t use the crew car for even five minutes. We have a home five minutes away but we had to take a half hour and a 40 dollar drive to go get our vehicle from our home rather than the usual five minutes to get it and return the crew car. Quite bad policy here
