As an AOG mechanic and pilot, I’ve dealt with FBOs all over, and Carlsbad Jet Center really separates itself. We had an after-hours situation, and their crew went way out of their way to get us in and take care of us without any pushback. Bella and the line guys were top notch — quick to respond, professional, and exactly what great line service should look like. The front desk was every bit as friendly and helpful. Honestly, save the frustration and forget the other FBOs; just go straight to Carlsbad Jet Center if you want 5 star service.

The personnel at Carlsbad Jet Center supplies absolutely superb assistance. I utilized them twice this week for two fast turns. They had me fueled and prepared to depart in 15 minutes. When you enter you discover the most helpful and welcoming staff led by Estrella the manager. The FBO features a lovely lounge and ample snacks and beverages. It is uncommon to discover this degree of warmth and service. They are also C.A.A. with fine pricing. Maintain the good effort I shall return shortly.

Do not stay here. Charges are crazy, and assistance is very slow. Over $300, yes much over for slow assistance and a 48 hour stay. Fuel is costly and I'm fine with that, but a minimum 60 gallon purchase for a piston is simply price gauging. I repeat, piston aircraft should NEVER visit this FBO. They will plot to get you and they will. My dissatisfaction surpasses every FBO I've visited in 15 years and this is my first FBO review I've posted.

Security fee for single piston plane 25$ For multi engine is an addition of 30$ handling Plus overnight charges 35/50 respectively

Jet Center was an amazing FBO! Flew my 172 in from F70 for just a couple hours and was treated well. Was charged $25 landing fee because we did not get fuel. 10/10 superior to Atlantic btw

Flew in for recurrent training at LOFT just down the hill. The service could not have been any better. Our car was waiting on the ramp at arrival, there was ample help to unload, and the line guys and girls behind the desk were friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Customer service is superb. Shout out to Estrella, she was working temporarily at KSTS and assisted us on our quick turn with customers. If she represents the employees at Carlsbad Jet Center then you will be in good hands. Fine job!

Incredible work. Very expert handling. Everyone we encountered highly capable and welcoming. Just a superb FBO. Strongly suggest them.

Update. The FBO called me and informed me I was charged incorrectly. Not only did they fix it, they credited the full charges back to my card. That took me by surprise. I'm not one to question a statement, but they make everything correct. I'll now suggest them strongly. Thank you for doing this.
