Carlsbad Jet Center (KCRQ)

The CSRs were super friendly every time we called. The line crew really know aviation, and you can tell. Our rental car was waiting plane side when we got there. The $35-per-night fee was waived with 10 gallons of fuel, plus there was a $25 airport security fee. Fuel is pricey, but that’s pretty normal for the San Diego area. This will be our preferred stop whenever we’re nearby-jet-like service in a Cherokee.

Best FBO at CRQ, hands down. The staff is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and they really work with you. 10/10, highly recommend for both piston aircraft and jets. You won't be disappointed here.

As an AOG mechanic and pilot, I’ve dealt with FBOs all over, and Carlsbad Jet Center really separates itself. We had an after-hours situation, and their crew went way out of their way to get us in and take care of us without any pushback. Bella and the line guys were top notch - quick to respond, professional, and exactly what great line service should look like. The front desk was every bit as friendly and helpful. Honestly, save the frustration and forget the other FBOs; just go straight to Carlsbad Jet Center if you want 5 star service.

The personnel at Carlsbad Jet Center supplies absolutely superb assistance. I utilized them twice this week for two fast turns. They had me fueled and prepared to depart in 15 minutes. When you enter you discover the most helpful and welcoming staff led by Estrella the manager. The FBO features a lovely lounge and ample snacks and beverages. It is uncommon to discover this degree of warmth and service. They are also C.A.A. with fine pricing. Maintain the good effort I shall return shortly.

Customer service is superb. Shout out to Estrella, she was working temporarily at KSTS and assisted us on our quick turn with customers. If she represents the employees at Carlsbad Jet Center then you will be in good hands. Fine job!

PA-28R-180 Piper, stayed a few hours and had a great experience. Spoke with Angel by phone and received a quote. Single-engine piston was $25 for the day, non-waived facility fee. Overnight was $4. Landed and Jacob from line service met us, handled the fuel order, and gave us a ride inside. April, the CSR at the desk, got us a crew car for a couple hours and made sure fueling was done when we returned. Comfy pilot lounge and lobby too. Right by JSX, with a shuttle to the ARPT restaurant. Rec Kings Fish House tho.

CJC is fantastic if you're flying in a small piston! We arrived in a C152 and everybody treated us great, from the lineman right through to the front desk staff. They even keep a guitar inside that you can play! The crew car was brand new and they let us use it for 2 hours. The $25 landing fee without fuel is completely worth it, especially compared with the pricier Atlantic next door. Overall, 11/10-Carlsbad Jet Center is the place to go!

Jet Center was an amazing FBO! Flew my 172 in from F70 for just a couple hours and was treated well. Was charged $25 landing fee because we did not get fuel. 10/10 superior to Atlantic btw

Flew in for recurrent training at LOFT just down the hill. The service could not have been any better. Our car was waiting on the ramp at arrival, there was ample help to unload, and the line guys and girls behind the desk were friendly and helpful. 5 stars!
