Such fine folks. Good facilities. Quick turns etc.

Don't count on any after hours services. Tried them on their published frequency before their closing time while inbound (IFR). Tried every phone number on record, even their "emergency" number just went straight to voicemail. Had to reposition to a different airport for fuel to get home.

Flew in today to run some errands. Line personnel and receptionist were very fine, I was able to get a crew car for no charge and the lobby was stocked with treats in the vending machines ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I flew in last week and had a good experience. Fred fueled my 150 for the same cost as self-serve. Parked the plane and directed me to the office where Alexandra (Alex) provided a bottle of water and offered the crew car to run my errands. No fee for the 2 hour use. Very welcoming and helpful people. Clean restrooms and fine area to rest and plan your next flight. Certainly recommend Sky Harbor for anyone traveling the North Florida area.

Alan is amazing. We came in a CJ2 and had a massive mess in our nose compartment. Alan and his team went out of their way to assist us with cleaning supplies and disposal of the saturated towels and rags. He was courteous and essential to solving our problem. Good service.

Looks like it's been a minute since a comment was left. Been flying in for over a year now every few weeks. Never a bad experience. Everyone is good!

The spouse and I were heading back from Toledo today and traveling down the east coast of Florida in the afternoon we encountered the usual TS build up. Stopped at KCRG and chose the nearest FBO to get the RV tied down before the storms arrived. Sky Harbor directed me to a tie down. When I inquired if they had one with tail wheel tie downs I was given a few hours in the half empty hanger. Even provided a courtesy car so we could get a meal while waiting. Really thoughtful of them and I will always use Sky Harbor when I stop at KCRG.

Good FBO. Very cordial line personnel and fine clean facility. Crew cars are in good shape too.

Other FBO’s fuel truck out of service, so taxied across to SH to refuel. Very fine facility and attentive line crew and front desk. Will utilize this FBO at CRG in the future.
