Sky Harbor North Terminal (KCRG)

I got a flat tire during run-up yesterday, and they helped locate a mechanic then towed me over to parking. Super professional and friendly!

Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, professional, and kind. The CSR came out to the plane with water and a smile. A very calm place.

Just departed this awesome FBO, staff is AMAZING and the facilities are too. They let me use a loaner car for 2 hrs. Will definitely be back again soon. Witt

Landed here in Citation, everyone super welcoming, truly one of the most convenient drop offs for my passengers. Best thing is they matched the caa discount on fuel just by asking. Good FBO

Darla was the person I dealt with, and she was absolutely fantastic. Everyone at Sky Harbor North was really friendly, super accommodating, and reasonably priced!! The tower was a huge help too. It was our first visit here and we came in at night, so having such attentive tower personnel and staff made things way easier! Definitely planning to return to this airport and FBO!

Called Sky Harbor for fuel and was told 20 minutes. After 35 minutes, we called back. The gal put us on hold while she contacted the fuel truck. His answer was, “tell them it’s going to be another 30 minutes-I’m heading to Jax Aero instead because they’re a more important client.” Then the gal comes back on and says they’re operating with just one fuel truck between both FBOs. So the strategy is to buy out your competition, jack fuel prices up by 50%, and then back it up with a limited fleet?

Taylor is awesome. FBO is super clean and fine. Good people and good service. If you end up at CRG, stop here!
