Castle Aviation - FBO (KCAK)

I'd avoid it if you can. The crews are friendly and the facility is decent, but management is awful. They will nickel-and-dime you for everything; land outside business hours and they'll hit you with a 250 late-ops charge even tho you don't need any assistance and can just walk out of the gate. This is completely a management problem.

Skylane 182 from Dallas two night stay - lineman Jeremy good help and all the counter staff fine. Comfortable and clean.

Beautiful FBO, stopped by for fuel and had a problem with my window. It was after hours and the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to contact someone from MX and find me some speed tape. Was able to make it to my destination thanks to them.

Wow! What a delight to stop here for fuel in a C172! The line personnel treated us very well. We got a golf cart ride to the FBO doors. The facilities are spotless. A crew car was ready to grab a bite to eat. Ramp fee was waived with fuel purchase. Thank you for the superb service!

Simply the finest. Brand new FBO with personnel that gives good service. I strongly suggest.

Regarding the after-hours matter, we recognize that the confusion was on our end and truly appreciate it being brought to our attention. We accepted responsibility and corrected the situation by waiving all after-hours charges for the customer. We remain committed to keeping our pricing fair and transparent.

Flew in on 9/12 in our Archer II and was treated the same as if we were in a Gulfstream. Top-notch service, very fine personnel and good facilities. Easily one of my new preferred FBOs.

Recently toured this facility-- much nicer than any other option on field. I suggest giving them a try - management looks to earn your business.

Plenty of ramp area. We made last minute plans for a journey. They made it simple to arrange for a last minute car rental. Line crew and office staff extremely welcoming. I thought we threw them a few curve balls but they didn't flinch. Good service.
