Deanna made it simple to organize and get ready for bad weather that was forecast, the line personnel had the vehicles near the planes for our travelers, assisted with luggage, fueled us right away and got us into the hangar in sub-zero conditions. Superb work!

once again AvFlight-East (McKinley) did a good job with my 182Q. A special "thank you" to Dean who helped my wife adjust the rental car reservation so that the car was delivered to Avflight. The car was ready and waiting for us. Fees are typical for this size airport $5 facility and $20 parking. I don't know if i will get a separate bill from the airport

I landed at KCAK for a fuel stop in my DA62 (piston twin) and bought 36g of Jet-A. I was on the ground for under 45min and was billed a Handling Fee of $140 and a Security charge of $50.

It seems that AVflight-east has been improving their customer service. I arrived in my Cessna 182q about 15min prior to closing time but I was greeted (in the rain no less) by 2 fellows who assisted with my bags & plane cover. They remained long enough to permit my wife to collect the rental car from the main terminal. The Day crew two days after were just as pleasant. The charges were consistent with other airports this size (20/day parking; 5 service fee)

Won't return. Ramp attendant failed to chalk both of my main wheels after promising, then vanished. This caused the plane to weathervane on the ramp. Rental car was absent upon my arrival even with clear directions and inputting my itinerary into their system. Upon leaving, no one was in the west building whatsoever; needed to phone twice and waited over 1 hour for fuel and to exit the ramp. Still incurred a $25 charge in FBO fees. The fellow who eventually appeared was good but clearly AVFlight has lost direction.

Good facility welcoming personnel, only problem is the airport sent me a $15.00 landing fee bill in the mail a month later. Would be nice to know all the fee's upfront and be able to pay for them at the same time.

Good basic FBO services. I was marshaled in and welcomed (west side). I placed a fuel order for the following morning and they phoned the Hilton Garden Inn shuttle for me. The departure the next day was smooth. I wasnt billed for anything apart from the fuel (about 22 gal 100LL). The Hilton Garden Inn is 5 min away and is fine. DA40.

I fly out of AvFlight McKinnley about twice a month. The front desk staff and line workers are always on top of things, kind, and friendly. The facility is always clean, fine selection of comfortable seating, and all requests are taken care of in a quick manner. Good FBO
