Hollywood Burbank Jet Center (KBUR)

Really good service, even if you're just one of the little guys. We flew in overnight. For SEP, their fees were the best value on the field, and the facility charge was waived with 15g. They set up rides both to and from the hotel, and there is indeed a small AOPA fuel discount. Thanks, Jet Center!

Excellent service with a really friendly staff. Snacks, cookies and drinks were all there. They got us fueled fast and were very helpful while we picked up passengers. Definitely coming back! Epic 443GX

Very nice fbo and staff. Good prices. However, bring your own snacks, not a cookie, nor even vending machine. Didn't have time to investigate crew car.

This facility is superb, our preferred Million Air spot. Shoutout to Hugo, German and Race (Lineman) for making us feel like a million bucks in our small plane. Big thanks to Katrina inside for taking care of us on the phone and after we arrived, just extraordinary service. We cant wait to return.

First rate FBO. There is a small AOPA discount on 100LL, although it is still quite costly.

Made a quick stop at this busy airport in a C525 M2. I was met right away by no fewer than 4 line guys waiting to take my fuel order and help with whatever else I needed. The desk agents were friendly and fast. The facility felt clean and modern. Would have liked to see some snacks, but there were just a few cookies and breath mints out. Kind of left me wanting. I stopped for the CAA fuel prices.

Top notch. The line personnel were very attentive and friendly. Got fuel as soon as we landed with no problems. Securing a rental (Hertz) through the FBO was simple and they brought us the vehicle to make it easy to unload the plane. Small discount on fuel for AOPA member. We will certainly be returning to Million Air whenever we visit Burbank.

AVOID! I had asked to put 15 gals of avgas. An hour before I got to the FBO for my departure, the FBO phoned me to confirm the directions and I repeated them. But when I showed up, they told me that they had put 30 gals. I spoke with the manager, one Ron, who claimed there was no method to offload the extra fuel, and that I had no option but to buy it.

Friendly and prompt service front desk personnel even went above and beyond with an additional request. Always the finest service at Million Air
