Very nice fbo and staff. Good prices. However, bring your own snacks, not a cookie, nor even vending machine. Didn't have time to investigate crew car.

This facility is superb, our preferred Million Air spot. Shoutout to Hugo, German and Race (Lineman) for making us feel like a million bucks in our small plane. Big thanks to Katrina inside for taking care of us on the phone and after we arrived, just extraordinary service. We cant wait to return.

First rate FBO. There is a small AOPA discount on 100LL, although it is still quite costly.

I fly in here frequently and the service is equally good in a jet or piston. Friendly personnel and superb service. Elevated fuel costs are common in this region, but you receive a fine facility and people when you arrive here.

I just wanted to voice my thanks to the crew of Million Air Burbank for taking such fine care of my passengers. We arrived only to discover that the car service we booked was going to be two hours behind schedule. Amanda secured us a 7 passenger SUV within 30 minutes of our arrival, and got my passengers moving along. They had a fuel truck waiting for me when we arrived, and I was quickly fueled too. Despite the hectic evening with the NASCAR teams, the team at BUR maintained their 5 star service, getting myself and my passengers on their way quickly and expertly. The customer service at this location should be a standard for other FBOs. Thank you again to Million Air BUR!

Top notch. The line personnel were very attentive and friendly. Got fuel as soon as we landed with no problems. Securing a rental (Hertz) through the FBO was simple and they brought us the vehicle to make it easy to unload the plane. Small discount on fuel for AOPA member. We will certainly be returning to Million Air whenever we visit Burbank.

AVOID! I had asked to put 15 gals of avgas. An hour before I got to the FBO for my departure, the FBO phoned me to confirm the directions and I repeated them. But when I showed up, they told me that they had put 30 gals. I spoke with the manager, one Ron, who claimed there was no method to offload the extra fuel, and that I had no option but to buy it.

Million Air was amazing. Their personnel was so welcoming and I truly valued their “24 hour facility fee” which permitted me to depart and return as many occasions as I needed within 24 hours. Atlantic assesses a ramp charge each instance you arrive and depart, even if it’s just 20 minutes apart. Fair fuel minimums to waive the charge. Fine amenities. I will certainly be coming back.

IT DOESN’T GET SUPERIOR TO BURBANK MILLION AIR. Good personnel. Good support. Good values(for the locale). When travelers showed up one representative was waiting at the door while two were in a golf cart to unload luggage. It was fast and effective and the fellows were super. I will come back on any upcoming journeys. Million air’s are always good but, this may rank the finest FBO support I’ve ever had. 12/29/22 evening shift.
