I can support the last remark. The line personnel knows what they are doing. Putting a rag under the fuel caps, making certain nothing gets spilled and wiping it right off if despite their efforts a drop get spilled. We stopped there with a turbine powered Piper FURY and it was a welcome change to the mess which we experienced on wing and boots at our previous fuel stops. Good people, first class operation, highly suggested for a stop.

Stopped in with the G-VII and had a minor maintenance issue. The maintenance personnel dropped everything to get us fixed up and on our way. Both they and the FBO staff were a real delight to deal with! Thanks for being superb, y'all!

I’ve stopped here a couple of times and they’re wonderful. Buy 30 gallons of fuel and they’ll treat you like royalty.

Executive delivers consistently incredible service. This is a typical stop on the way to Oshkosh and they really go the extra mile - good facility and this time, the line service gentleman loaned us the courtesy car overnight to get to our hotel and explore Bismarck, and booked us a room over the phone. We topped off with 25 gallons in our Bonanza. Totally unexpected and just jaw dropping service for such a small customer.

Top notch service. (And a fine CAA price). Super quick turns and even allowed me to take a crew car overnight when we arrived late and were leaving early. Note the construction on the nearby taxiway but truly a non-issue for our planes with an intersection departure.

I flew in here last week and Kaden and the staff were very accommodating. Everything I needed was handled immediately and I had confidence my aircraft was in good hands. Good work guys.

Good FBO with courteous personnel. We were in KBIS for family reunion. Brought some young kids out to check out our plane, the airport, and to get hooked on aviation at an early age. The staff was very accommodating. The lobby is very clean and welcoming. And the bathrooms are A+++.

Quick turn stop. They had the plane fueled by the time we were out of the restroom. Crew car was available but we pressed on.
