Facility was spotless and really comfortable. Ran into a couple issues with the plane and they were very accommodating. 6/5 stars!

Flew into (Lear 40) Beacon Air on Dec 5th, and could not request superior assistance! From the moment we showed up, it was first class service! The line and CSR assistance are top notch! This location is a hidden gem in Billings, we will return! Good work!

This was my initial trip to Billings. I was anticipating trying Beacon Air given prior remarks on ForeFlight. The personnel, whether on the ramp, at reception, or in the office or food bar, were all remarkably friendly and nice. I had friends waiting for me and they were also pleased on how well they had been welcomed. I have a turbo diesel plane, and the Jet A cost was surprisingly low. All amenities are spotless, and I truly look forward to visiting again!

Phenomenal service! We called in from the air after hours. The lineman drove out to the airport and was able to direct us to our parking spot. Also let us borrow the courtesy car to get to our hotel and back in the morning. Plane was all filled up for us and ready to go the next day. Very pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend!

Good FBO, was able to use crew car. They have O2 service and a fine facility with some solid discounts at hotels in Billings. Over all a Well run FBO

We based here for nearly 2 months while conducting aerial survey. Everyone is friendly and always accommodating. From the front desk receptionist Lorrisa, Cienna, and Angie. Also the ramp guys are always welcoming. Thanks Camden and all the team.

Unbelievable service! The line guy not only fueled our plane but ran back and took our rental car back for us, after I finished loading the plane. Then as I was preflighting he came out and offered to wash my windshield. Never had someone go above and beyond like that. Also, the gal in the FBO was so helpful and fine. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and awesome FBO. They replied to our fuel request via ForeFlight very quickly, and have fantastic prices for fuel. Line service is super friendly, and attentive. The facilities are top notch, and having snacks, drinks, and a cafe make it a stop for all walks of pilots and trip types!

Ok so under rated !! 10 stars . Affordable fuel . They look after the little guys . I was in and out for several days doing aerial survey. They are very accommodating! Also there is a coffee shop there.

Went to Beacon for the second time since they opened with our BeechJet 400a. Service was without question above and beyond. Had the fuel truck pulled up before I could finish unloading the bags and helped get them inside Cheap gas. Good service and fine people. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the billing's area if I had an option. 5 stars
