Edwards Jet Center is pretty much what an FBO ought to be. I'm a ferry pilot out of SEA, & every time I come through here I get treated just like the pilots in the Gulfstreams & Citations, who are gonna be spending A LOT more money than I will! They're always really quick on hotel arrangements, cars, etc.! On my last trip I was a bonehead & left my aircraft on the ramp overnight. The next morning the whole crew moved fast to get my aircraft into the hangar so it could thaw out! Outstanding service!!

Awesome FBO. Superb service even for a C150. No ridiculous charges like other spots.

Good service fair cost. We flew in with my C180 and were treated just like the jet that landed at the same moment.

First class operation! Lineman parked us and courtesy car was brought to the plane, fuel truck arrived minutes later. Everyone was polite and courteous. Tasha at the desk was cheerful, courteous and friendly. Have been to FBOs across the US and can say that this experience was on par with the finest FBOs from the largest to the smallest. Facility was clean, modern and comfortable. Ramp was well organized. Fuel was reasonable. All in all, first class operation.

Stopped in here last week for the day, had an emergency return after departing and spent two days here for maintenance. I put the FBO ladies up front and the line guys through a lot! Constant changes and new requests and they never stopped delivering good service with all they had going on. Amazing job, will definitely enjoy coming back. Thank you!

Everyone at Edwards is good and always take fine care of me when I stop in in with the Skywagon. No nonsense fees, cheap-ish fuel and an offer to use the car. Steve in parts and Jeff/piston mx have always been super fair and reasonable for this average Joe.

Into Billings with a #1 alternator failure. I parked at the avionics building where I met Isaak, who escorted me to the correct facility to swap the alternator. Isaak, was very helpful, friendly and personable. Thankyou Isaak. Jeff Doyle, Chief of Maintenance at Edward's, took it from there. He came out, ID the correct alternator type, ordered and had one flown in the next day, had it all fitted and buttoned up and paperwork done in 2 1/2 hours. Thankyou Jeff. I had a good experience.

What a superb group! I flew in from ABQ and they had my prearranged rental car waiting for me at the plane with the a/c on before I had the engine shut down. They found me a good rate at a fine downtown hotel. I'll be back.
