This is my preferred FBO. Ariana literally is the magic factor that makes this place good. The service level is top notch. The personnel is friendly. The FBO is tidy. Good snacks and drinks. Fine pilots lounge. Arianna should start a training company on how to do it!

Good, clean fbo. Not very accommodating if you want your plane pulled out asap, even if they aren't busy at the moment. We were told we must give at least an hour notice to be pulled out of the hangar which did not suit our operations. All customer service was fine besides the manager Ariana.. she was consistently rude every morning and made me dread having to deal with her. Everyone else was fantastic though! Although I would probably recommend Atlantic over Million Air.

Ramp charges are excessive!! Like the FBO, finest courtesy cars ever but ramp fee for small single engine turbine for 1.5 hrs was $275! More than ATL, MIA or any other large airport I've visited. Thankfully, after I mentioned it was absurd. She gave me some leeway and reduced it though.

I visited Million Air for 2 evenings. They brought my rental car plane side, I returned it plane side. All the personnel were truly the kindest, most supportive of any FBO I had ever seen.....and I've been to many. $35 overnight for a Diamond DA62 and waived ramp charges with a top off. Good work, I'll return! Thanks for your welcome. Felt like I was at Chick-fil-A...they even said "My Pleasure"!

Was quoted $30 overnight fee, $50 security fee, and a $15 ramp fee for a BE35 Bonanza, a single engine piston. Absurd.

I must state, this was among the superior FBO's I have visited in some time!! Arryana, the manager was very keen to ensure we were looked after!! Their charges were less expensive than Atlantic and that was the initial cause I visited but going ahead, the reason I will be returning is how well run and capable this location is. 5 star! I hope all FBO's were similar to this!

We've been utilizing Million Air Birmingham multiple times a week for above six months now, and our experience has been consistently superb. The management group is extremely accommodating, always making sure that our passengers and aircraft necessities are satisfied. The line service is top-notch—professional, friendly, and always prepared to help. I highly suggest Million Air BHM for all your stops in the Birmingham area.

Not a super fine facility and $15 "security fee" for a gas stop in a Piper Warrior. Somewhat costly but I like Million Air in general so we went here. Likely won't be returning

Kelsea, Rodnick and Brady big shout out. What a fantastic experience reminds me of the old days when people smiled, welcomed you and were so proud of their jobs. Special mention to Kelsea what a wonderful person and valued person that Millionaire should be proud of as well. Thank you!
