Atlantic Aviation (KBHM)

Flew in last week during the morning and got parked as far from the FBO as they could, which I could understand with how busy the 5e ramp was. But I was really disappointed that nobody offered a ride to the office. Nope...just walk! Once inside, I asked about my rental car. They handed me the keys and said...it's somewhere out there. The walk to find it was about as long as the walk we had just made to get inside. At least some line personnel will have the car brought around for you. The service did not match the fees!

Prompt fuel service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free snacks. Would certainly return.

Had to divert to BHM last night for weather. The line guys were good and very hospitable. Fine service. However, upon checkout, for one night in a Vans RV 6, the charge was $70 with no services supplied. Absurd charge. Unless you possess funds to waste, avoid this location.

On a trip from SC to MS, diverted to BHM due to an electric issue at night. Parked at Atlantic. The young fellow that marshaled our plane to their parking area gave us the number for Southern Sky and offered to try to get someone out that evening. I declined and told him we'd contact them the next day. Inside, Joseph and the young fellow (wish I had gotten his name) offered us the courtesy car overnight and did not charge us a parking fee. Atlantic and Southern Sky were awesome. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a refreshing experience! Good service from people that actually seemed to enjoy their job, and excelled at customer service. Thank you Lil, Holly, Brent, Madison, and the rest of the team who’s names I didn’t get. I wish all FBO’s were at this level of service. They were more than busy, but never missed a beat. Very fine facility, snacks, drinks, and kind staff. We will gladly use your facility again. Job well done!

Love stopping in and visiting the team at Atlantic. Simply the finest service and facilities. Always a pleasure to see their smiling faces and spend some time on the ground with them. My 1st choice always in Birmingham!

Fine facility, helpful staff, and good Mercedes crew cars. Would certainly come back!

Diverted here for weather in a 172. Good line personnel and customer assistance generally. Zero fee was assessed for us diverting and they permitted us to utilize a crew vehicle for supper while we waited. Fine collection of people here.

On a recent flight to KBHM we had a most enjoyable experience with Atlantic Aviation and their very capable and gracious personnel. Everyone from the Marshal to the Front Desk worked together creating the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE…something seldom encountered these days. You would have thought that we’d landed in a G-5 and not in our Cessna 182. So if you’re looking for a GOOD FBO, this is YOUR DESTINATION! irvinmccurry 02/07/2024

Visited Atlantic today for my trip to Birmingham. Personnel was professional, cordial, and quick. Fuel costs were a bit on the elevated side, but not surprising for a bigger airport.
