Did a cross country stop here and I must say this is a good FBO with the friendliest of people. The guys there are awesome. They gave me recommendations to a local barbecue spot (Salty's) and gave me a crew car to get it. Free ice cream sandwiches in the FBO also! I can't wait to travel back here and enjoy my time again!

However, ground planning is the hard part—choosing the right FBO, rental car, hotel, etc. There are always gaps in the planning. Natasha at Bakersfield Jet Center, along with the front desk crew, filled every gap without hesitation. That’s all I can ask for as a pilot. If I ever started a business instructing FBOs on how to support pilots, I’d have Natasha train them. A masterclass in pilot support.

Flew in to Meadows last week in my Saratoga for fuel . Had planned on using Atlantic Aviation since I typically use them across the country. Unfortunately no one from Atlantic came out to greet me but Bakersfield Jet quickly jumped out to the line to direct me to a parking spot. The line crew and front desk were all friendly and helpful. Good FBO.

Terrific FBO. I drove to have an O2 cylinder (13 cf) refilled and they charged me “nothing.” Shocked! The last time I had a refill at a distant FBO I was charged $50. Reception and customer service here was superb. Very impressed with this FBO.

Superb facilities and personnel. Even though our aircraft was a Trinidad TB-20 we were treated like a business jet. Used their crew vehicle for lunch. Marshalled in to park upon arrival, promptly and correctly fueled, marshals present upon departure too. No ramp fee was assessed, fair fuel costs.

Stopped here with a student in a Cessna 210. No charge for staying under 30 min and very good service, facilities and coffee. Would certainly return here!

Good human to human service! I've utilized this FBO twice, now it is my home FBO away from home. Superb and courteous folks.
