Steer clear if you can. Four nights of ramp parking ran over $4,000 for a Vision Jet. Even after buying 200 gallons of fuel, they still didn’t waive the fee. Bad value, and the policy is a letdown.

$520 for an overnight. They reduced the overnight charge to $260 when I mentioned I was going to fly to another location. Customer service agent was useful, but the parking charge is excessive. Epic E1000

Keep in mind most reviews are 2+ years old, and there aren't many. Signature is responsible for servicing a ramp I come to often, and it is awful EVERY time. A few dozen trips a year, multiple different aircraft (so it's not just "my" tail), and I can't get assistance. Not just fine service - often I can't get it at all. 45+ minute fuel wait, even with advance notice. "Putting it on the board" never works, I arrive and have to call for fuel every time anyway. Costly and poor service combined.

Was at Atlantic but their fuel truck broke, so Signature was good enough to fuel me up. They also had a huge charity event going on, but took care of us ahead of some those guests to make sure we were able to get out. Younger lady behind the desk was awesome!

More than accommodating for a piston twin. Great service and the attention to go along with it.

Be very cautious. Ramp and other charges are extremely high. For a Meridian overnight $680 and Eclipse $800. These charges do not include the ramp and infrastructure fees too.

Extremely high ramp charges, non-waiveable with fuel uplift. Call prior to confirm all charges for your plane. They are sluggish and disorganized. PLENTY OF OTHER FBO CHOICES in SOFLO.

Good facility, kind personnel and very helpful to GA. High fuel costs but that is to be anticipated.

Total disorder. New personnel every week. They overlook bookings, lose fuel slips, fail to bring planes online - the list is never finishing! Last three trips consecutively they did not have my plane prepared when I showed up for takeoff - even though I made a follow up call hours before arriving and was guaranteed that everything was fine. Today, I needed to wait 45 minutes after arriving at the airport for my plane to be “freed” from behind 2 other planes. Their reason was “they did not know I was coming, the girl who answers the phones does not know how line services functions.” Holy cow! And when they see they have made an error, they have no sense of speed to correct the error. A truly frustrating experience time and again.
