We're now seeing hourly parking fees added on top of the Concession, Security and facilities charge. While the facility fee may be waived with certain fuel purchases, the whole setup still looks like it's recovering the cost on the back end, basically swapping a waived facility fee for hourly parking charges. Miss the old days when there was no "hourly" parking fee. Really hurts on day trips when you wind up paying the facility fee that was supposed to be waived.

Landed today in an Agusta 109 helicopter to collect one passenger, did not shut down. Received my invoice and discovered a $60 security charge (non-waivable), $353 facility charge (waived), and a $300 drop off/pick up fee (non-waivable), for a total of $381.00 with tax, all this for 5 minutes on ground. Atlantic did nothing to earn their fee, my passenger walked to helicopter, no assistance with bags. Called to see about reducing charge, was told we waived the facility fee. Will never return to Boca.

Quick stop for business in SR22, no fuel and $25 ramp fees, which was fair for a few hours parking. Very fine personnel... active location.

Quite slow on fueling

Competing for possibly the worst FBO experience in 40 years of flying. A nasty little shack attached to the hangar running on sheer chaos. Ramp girl with iPad taking 'orders' and still waiting for lav and fuel 2 hours later after multiple requests. Ramp staff dithering with aplomb .. true experts at avoiding anything constructive. Desk staff lost clients car keys for two vehicles... an hour to resolve. Massive fees for absolutely zero service. A real pleasure to put it in the rear view mirror.

Gotta say, I had a good feeling here. I usually fly to a different FBO but their overnight fees have gotten too high. BCT is literally half the cost, and the rental car was 1/3rd! Line guy met us with the car, fuel truck met us (gas is certainly costly but it's S Florida) and we were off. Departure was even simpler. I'm going to be back instead of the other airport.

Atlantic BCT has sold out to JSX and make it beyond clear they would prefer no other visitors. Was there in a CJ3 on a Sunday afternoon and they charged us a $750 "special event" fee. There was no event, maybe 5 aircraft (non JSX) on their ramp, and Donald wasn't even in South Florida. Absurd. And their every day "landing fee" is outrageous enough as is.

Came in late at night and line crew was there waiting with rental car. No one was inside so I phoned the next day for my fuel order. Upon return, their fuel truck had broken so they worked with signature to get me fueled. Departed an hour later than I desired, but they got us taken care of.
