Good and friendly service! Trinity was awesome for us and our passengers!

Flew in on Bonanza over new years and Signature's 100LL truck was down. Required some hands on management by myself but they were able to coordinate with Atlantic to refuel with their truck. We got it done but talking wasn't superb. Atlantic staff was more friendly and willing to help but both FBOs coordinated "enough" for us to get refueled. Should have just gone to Atlantic, but make sure the truck is running at Signature if you're locked in to them...it had apparently been out a while.

Evidently my hopes are too lofty. I thought the plane would be brought out for our set departure. That did not occur. I thought we would receive fuel. After showing up 90 minutes before departure and submitting my request, we were eventually fueled 2 hours following our request. They only refueled a single plane before us, and they were not leaving. I thought we would depart with our passengers promptly. We took off 59 minutes following their arrival. Patrons who charter a jet should not anticipate the similar disarray and hold-up that a commercial flight experiences. I thought a line crew would watch our start and detach the GPU. I could find no assistance visible so I detached the GPU and folded the cord myself, then performed a battery start. Being a Signature Platinum associate I anticipated preference. None was demonstrated There were four staff members working behind the counter and I only observed three people on the ramp. Total disorder. Stayed here with a Cirrus SR22 and it’s your usual signature spot. Support is professional rather than warm. They did not have a shuttle when I arrived to take me to the lodging but Uber worked okay. Plane was refueled the following morning. They did have a shuttle from the Hilton to Signature in the morning. It moves across the airport grounds which conserves much time. It might be crew only (no travelers).

DoD contract fuel

Pleasant personnel, tidy facility and crew car. $40 facility fee + $10 security charge. V35B.

Did an overnight, ordered fuel the night before. Fuel did not arrive until the following morning 10 minutes before departure. Took beyond half an hour to get coffee poured. Only 1 individual at the front desk who was either new or sluggish. No marshaller helping with departure. Facility appears to be understaffed resulting in subpar service. Repod next door to collect pax at Atlantic and they were sharp.

Superb assistance and facility, especially a manager called David. Shall return quite frequently in the upcoming years and will always utilize Signature at Austin.

Good personnel and service! Even though Signature doesn’t typically have tie-down ropes, a wonderful fellow got us what we needed.

Treated well on an overnight stop. Quick service. Very friendly and attentive staff and line personnel.
