Million Air Austin is one of our regular stops. Whenever we’re in the Austin area, we keep coming back to this airport because this FBO is so good. CAA fuel and car rental rates are solid, and the service is always excellent with great amenities.

Usually good customer service , but it is hit and miss , some days spot on others not so much. Called for a quick turn 3 hrs before arrival . Once we arrived took over 30 min to get fuel. Also only one GPU available.

Flew into the main terminal to pick up a plane at million air. Phil C. with million air picked us up from the terminal and drove us back. Got us fueled and on our way. Amazing service, super nice staff, and a beautiful FBO.

Stopped in at Millionaire for an overnight. Very kind personnel got us fueled up when we arrived in a timely fashion. Also, inexpensive CAA fuel costs. Would highly suggest this FBO!

Had a good experience flying in my bonanza. Plane stayed on the ramp 2 nights. Very fine facilities and superb service. I was at first put off by charges for ramp security and overnight but most were waived with a fuel purchase and I will certainly be back!

Ok, this FBO and staff are like another level! Customer service was tops! And the FBO itself was second to none. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend. The FBO that I would not mind getting stuck at. : )

It's been stated previously- Million Air at Austin is a good, welcoming FBO. Simple and useful makes flying enjoyable. Cheers.

Poor experience in a CL30. Radioed 20 mins prior to arrival with our fuel and lav service requirements. After landing, ramp guys were never advised and it caused a 20 min hold up. Got keys to rental car that wasn't walkable from the FBO. Departed next day and we were overcharged $6100. Pax arrived and waited at gate for 10 mins and eventually grabbed their luggage and walked across the ramp. Desk agent didn't return our rental car until 3 days later so I get billed for 4 days instead of 1.
