Quick assistance/fuel, personnel are consistently cordial and attentive.

Recently stopped at ACE Aviation in a 172, they had good fuel costs and topped us off during the day. Met with the owner when I returned to the facility, and personally helped get me on my way in the cold. Exceptionally handy and welcoming, will surely stop here next time I'm in Ann Arbor

Visited Ann Arbor to see the campus and enjoy dinner at The Brown Jug downtown. Afterwards, I left a pair of eye glasses in the FBO lobby. Luckily, they shipped them to me at no cost. Courtesy and helpful. Thank you very much.

Labor Day 2024 : I woke up seeking a different location to visit on a lovely weather morning. I called ACE and talked with Wyatt. The tower staff was very accommodating. Upon arriving at ACE, smiling Wyatt greeted us at the plane. We were soon on our way in the Courtesy Minivan to enjoy a pastrami at Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Wyatt was helpful with dispensing just enough fuel for my weight load. Think about including KARB in you future stops, not on football day.

Awesome people and very helpful! Brought a PC12 in and they were quick to assist us with whatever we required. The ramp is a little tight but the service made up for it. 10/10

Talked to the front desk about making a reservation at ACE prior to flying in multiple days prior to my trip, and then called again to confirm. What sounded like the manager told me "You should go somewhere else." Not the way to be treating a customer. They are extremely rude, and very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not recommend anyone fly the their plane into this FBO because you will be treated poorly.

These folks take superb care of you. Zero fees, no nonsense, finest Jet A prices, and they washed my windshield for me (I requested) without hesitation!
