Wonderful experience at this Million Air location. Very welcoming personnel, tidy amenities, plus broad selection of refreshments and beverages offered. Shall return next occasion we are flying to Dallas.

Very pleasant experience! Fair costs, good customer service, lovely amenities, and me and my 172 are flying out like kings. Gracie at the front desk was very helpful with the scheduling process and led me through everything I needed to know for my first time being there overnight.

This FBO sets the benchmark for excellence. From the instant you arrive, the attentive ground support, professional and welcoming CSRs, and hands-on management create a smooth experience. Consistently good, friendly service at Million Air, as always. We flew in 2 days in a row last week, both with quick turns to pick up and drop off a couple of VIP passengers. The line service generally posts 2 people to watch and marshall you in and out of the crowded, small ramp, making for a safer environment for all involved. The only drawback to Addison is there is often a line waiting for departure, which can burn up fuel and time. Thank you, Million Air, for the fine CAA fuel prices.

I made 3 journeys to this FBO on Thanksgiving day. I topped off ($780) to avoid the ramp fee (CAA member) and was surprised to observe two extra $300 ramp fees on my card. The front desk personnel said I should have taken 5 gallons each occasion instead of topping off one time to avoid the added ramp fees.

Without coordination I flew in to KADS, used Million Air. Good service, fueled same day, fine and clean facilities, snacks, sodas and water available, parked on ramp for 3 days with no fees with purchase of 20 gallons 100LL. Highly recommend!

Treated very nicely for my little single-engine piston, to attend a meeting at their facility. Did not buy fuel, so $50 ramp charge. Do not know if they waive that with fuel purchase.

Last 2 occasions i used this facility it was the worst customer service of any Million Air FBO i have ever seen. I shall move my business to an alternative FBO on my next trip. CAA or not just awful service. Arrived at 10:00 AM and ordered 250 gallons of fuel for a 1300 departure. Due to a prior issue with them i requested that they fuel the plane ASAP. I inquired with the very nice CSR 3 times. Still no fuel. Finally asked for the manager and they started fueling at 6 minutes before departure.

Million Air is certainly a good FBO with superb customer assistance and excellent line service. Always impressed with their capability to get planes in and out of a very small lot.

Update: I got a call from Dana, the manager and she kindly removed the two ramp charges. Teaching moment for me, always talk with the desk personnel.
