Pretty nice facility. Flew in after tower and Atlantic had closed up around 11pm and got met by a friendly line guy. I'd stop there again.

Always superb service from the personnel at Galaxy! The coffee is fantastic and my passengers enjoy the waiting area.

We stopped in for a day trip and chose Galaxy based on the good standing and they did not let us down. The lineman pulled us up right in front of the hangar and was quite pleasant. The facility is very fine inside and out. Both CSR's were very helpful and got us a fine courtesy car. We even got a nice free shirt. Cost us $40 but would've been waived with the purchase of 10 gals of fuel.

Have been multiple times in the past month. Wonderful service and superb personnel. I got stuck an extra night because of the dust storm and severe winds, but no extra charge was incurred. Personnel was also attentive to hangar the plane before the dust storm struck. Fine FBO as with all of their venues.

Was there for a day trip at the FBO, was wonderful. Good facility, very fine staff Rent-A-Car right in the lobby.. could not have been superior.

This is a wonderful FBO relative to their facility and service! They arranged a rental car for us and one of the line guys actually met us at the plane when we arrived and we finished all of the paperwork on the ramp. They also provide a significant Angel Flight fuel discount.

Galaxy is the spot to go when arriving at Addison. The line personnel are welcoming and the ladies at the desk are prepared to assist any way they are able. It's the finest worth on the field by a long shot. The ramp charge was completely fair for the facility they possess. I arrived in my baron and they treated me and my passengers like I had a falcon jet. The crew vehicles were tidy and the coffee was warm. Cannot request much further! will be going to Galaxy any time we are at Addison

My recent trip to KADS I used Galaxy FBO for my Mooney plane, . The professionalism of the whole team made for a smooth and pleasant visit. The line crew was quick, polite and helpful. The front desk personnel were similarly outstanding—welcoming, informed, and prepared to help with whatever I required. The facility itself is first-rate: spotless, contemporary, and well-stocked with all the comforts you’d anticipate from a premium FBO. The ramp area is good. I strongly suggest Galaxy FBO.
