I suggest the airport for flying into, simple to pump fuel fairly standard and small airport, but here is the poor stuff, no runway illumination so I advise IFR landing after dark always have a working taxi light if you do those things at night you will be okay, the FBO is awful, insects everywhere, mildew on fridge and restrooms seem somewhat unclean, I do not suggest this airport for hospitality, but if you want a fast simple airport to fly into this is the one, I strongly suggest flying at day time there.

Quick stop for 100LL enroute Florida to California. Affordable fuel but no receipt. Fine washrooms in air conditioned facility. No food or beverages. Coordinate with the Air Force base to the south for arrival/departure

Student pilots in constant pattern practice which is fine, but do not be afraid to butt into the pattern for a needed bathroom break, which is what I did. Door code is CTAF. Someone else mentioned JET-A. I did not see any, but their 100LL is very cheap. They have covered parking if you would like to stop and enjoy Gila Bend...lol
