I flew in today, leveraging the transition thru the restricted airspace from Gill Bend, Air Force auxiliary base. It's a fine little airport. The runways were in good condition, both taxi ways were fine. The ramp is cement so it has some buckling, but in good shape there is a golf course next door. I did not check to see if they had food, but it looked like a very short walk.

The north end of the ramp next to the diagonal taxiway is quite rough and almost unusable. Taxi very slowly or you might damage your plane.

Three RVs flew there the first time following the pandemic in early December. The runway is in good condition, and the taxiway and parking area are fine. We landed on 12 and took off on 30. 5-10 minutes walk to the restaurant, which provided excellent services. Highly recommend for winter ‘$100 hamburger’ destination. The desert views at low flying were fantastic
