March 3, 2026I really love flying in here and hiking down to the different waterfalls. It was honestly just okay before...but now, with the fresh pavement and runway lights, it's top notch. I personally wouldn't come in at night (no vertical guidance for a straight in approach...and there is a lot of terrain in the area)...but it does have edge and threshold lighting.

September 10, 2025Brand new runway. Wind sock situated on the west side, midfield. Difficult to observe behind the trees if approaching from the west. Spectacular view of the waterfall southwest of the field in your downwind to base turn for RWY 02.
