Last minute trip to see some Fall foliage and 0A9 was closest to the peak colors. Kory had our rental car running right next to where he parked us. They were able to put our plane in a hangar for two nights and had it fueled and ready to go at exactly the right time for our departure. Service from all personnel was second to none and prices were extremely fair. We will certainly make this our preferred mountain stop.

Polite staff and a clean and fine looking FBO. The Burger Hut is right across the street, be careful crossing the highway, 4 lanes + turn lane in the center and a wide shoulder. Low traffic on a mid-day Sunday made it really simple to walk across. They had the plane refueled for me by the time I ate and came back even though the fuel truck was down and they had to tow the plane to the fuel pumps on the opposite side of the runway.

Fantastic airport and staff. Dan and his staff are always on point. It’s my preferred East Tennessee airport and got me in a hangar for race weekend for the same cost as parking on the tarmac at KTRI.

I have been flying up and down the east coast for many years in singles and twins. The customer service at this FBO is, by far, the finest I have come across. Dan Cogan, the Manager, ought to be teaching FBO management from coast to coast. His team is attentive and old-school polite.

Came to 0A9 to collect a passenger and the personnel was spectacular in getting me fuelled and turned before weather arrived. The line guys had a plan, were efficient, and were super friendly.
