The airport is closed at night, for a good reason. There is mountainous terrain nearby! Keep that in mind when planing flights. It's a great airport to fly into, everything about the FBO is top notch and above expectations. Wonderful airport manager and line staff, they go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Would recommend!

Landed here to take up two discovery flights. Was told it was no problem and that staff left at 6pm. Landed at 6:30pm to drop the last discover flight back off and was greeted by a line crew saying I have an overnight fee and had to sign paperwork for a departure at night. (I used zero services) Not a great experience, they stayed on purpose just to charge me and stated the "services" were for the paperwork.

Exceptional service at Elizabethton. Line service was very prompt and attentive. Fine airport and facilities. Beautiful scenery in the autumn. I would fly the longer way around to stop here again!
