Viroqua Municipal Airport (Y51)

Great stop on the way to Oshkosh. Seems like everybody had the same idea too. Low-priced fuel, good facilities, a clean airport, and cold sodas in the fridge. The grass strip was in really good condition.

Good stopover to pickup fuel. Will return.

Self service fuel and a little coffee station inside. Fine small planning area also with a simulator set up on a computer. Airfield manager is very helpful and there are two courtesy cars available for use (take the white one). Definitely recommend landing on 11 because turning around on 29 to taxi back when there is strong winds is quite challenging.

Fine small airport with good self serve fuel, picnic tables and parking. Airport structure has restrooms and single serve coffee. Stopped here flying from Chicago to Fargo.
