Finally made it for Taco Tuesday. Pattern was steady but everyone communicated well. Nice family atmosphere with really good food trucks and even an ice cream truck. Live music and ample seating. Love it!

Stopped in due to weather. Turned out to be a super fine place. Clean facilities, inexpensive fuel, and well kept. We'll certainly stop back in.

Had to divert to xO6 for weather yesterday. Landed on 24 executed a Right hand pattern, which is a no no at this airport. So sorry for that but ceilings were 400 and didn't have time to read A/FD. Stayed for 2 hours. The attendant Valerie WAS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE.The FBO was clean and very HOMEY LOL. Thank you for a wonderful layover. Good place to be weathered in. Finally made it to Taco Tuesday! Can get busy in the pattern arriving and departing. Food trucks in the campground. Lots of seating and live music. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. The FBO was clean and inviting. I'll return.

Interesting small airport. The field is big on the social aspect of flying, with Taco Tuesdays, on-site camping, and Young Eagles events. The nearby town can be rowdy, especially on weekends. Do not be surprised if you encounter an airboat at the 100LL pump. It is a quirky location, but it is growing on me as a cheap fuel stop.

A well managed FBO and very well kept facility. Shelly and Vera go above and beyond for patrons. Self fueling equipment is simple to use and dependable. Wingman Aviation is an outstanding maintenance provider. A high level of professionalism was observed and shown by Allen and Eric. Kevin is very accommodating and keeps shop rates competitive.

9-13-2023 No landing charges. There is a nightly $10 tie down charge. There is no charge for utilizing the courtesy van. There is a contribution container in the van and also near the kitchen sink in the FBO.
