No credit card machine. Airport manager is town manager but did not answer phone call. Neighbor went out of his way to assist track down a person that had a pump key. Super helpful. Understand they recap aircraft tires there but not confirmed.

Flew in during the evening for a stamp. Runway edge lights were about 60% not working. Made it quite challenging to land.

AWOS signal weak. Cannot receive signal until 3NM from the field.
