Stanford Fld (U12)

Bring your own tie-downs. There are hard points and painted tie-down spots, although the paint has faded, but no chains are provided. Transient parking is on the north side of the field by the gate and chain-link fence.

The main users here are AG, and they were polite and respectful. The air tractors depart 22 even when 04 has the wind, although their radio calls are good. They arrive on the dirt strip from the south, and the final can look almost like an approach to 04. The self-serve fuel is operational. It sits right beside the AG operation, so you could get boxed in while they are working. I fueled up and hand-pushed back far enough to turn around without prop blasting the open hangar. I did not notice any other FBO services.

Credit card machine would not work for fuel. Tried 3 times and it just resets , pump won't go on. Not cool for people on x country. Called airport manager and he hung up... cool.
